SIGNAL / 01
AI Talent Scoring
HEXACO personality profiles for every engineer — six dimensions that actually predict behavior under deadline pressure, not four letters from 1943.
The Human Stack Platform
LU Teams reads your engineering team's personality dynamics with the HEXACO model and AI — and warns you about conflict, burnout, and silent departures 3–6 months before they happen.
27+ tech leaders · 87% conflict-prediction accuracy · 3–6 months early warning
The Platform
Your architecture has observability. Your people don't. The Human Stack Platform is the missing instrumentation layer for team dynamics.
SIGNAL / 01
HEXACO personality profiles for every engineer — six dimensions that actually predict behavior under deadline pressure, not four letters from 1943.
SIGNAL / 02
Pairwise compatibility scoring across your whole team. See which pairs will clash in code review or architecture debates — months before the first blow-up.
SIGNAL / 03
1-on-1s and retros prepared by AI from live team-tension data. Walk into every difficult conversation already knowing where the friction is.
Recognized Failure Modes
They don't show up in a postmortem. They show up as a resignation letter, a dead pull request, a standup nobody speaks in — three months after anyone could have named the cause.
LOW HONESTY-HUMILITY / HIGH SKILL
Your strongest engineer. Also the reason three seniors have résumés open right now. Low Honesty-Humility plus high skill is the most expensive personality pattern in software — and the one leaders excuse the longest.
LU Teams flags it — and hands you the intervention.
HIGH OPENNESS / LOW EXTRAVERSION
High Openness, low eXtraversion. She has the best systems insight in the room and hasn't said a word in six standups. One day she resigns — ‘out of nowhere.’
LU Teams flags it — and hands you the intervention.
5 PERFECTIONISTS / 0 PRAGMATISTS
Five perfectionists, zero pragmatists. Every pull request becomes a standards war. Velocity dies not from lack of skill, but from too much of the same personality.
LU Teams flags it — and hands you the intervention.
Tactical Interventions
Some situations can't wait for a dashboard. Boutique, founder-led interventions for high-stakes moments. I don't train hundreds of leaders. I transform a few.
A key senior has one foot out the door. There is a narrow window where the right conversation changes the outcome — and a long list of ways to make it worse.
Two leaders, one company, open warfare. Structured de-escalation grounded in both personality profiles, not HR platitudes.
The team is burning down mid-release. Stabilize the people first — the plan second. Direct support through the critical weeks.

The Framework
MBTI was built in 1943 and predicts almost nothing about real behavior. HEXACO is the modern six-factor model used where personality actually matters — aerospace, defense, finance. Its sixth dimension, Honesty-Humility, is the single best predictor of toxic workplace behavior. It's the dimension every corporate personality test is missing — and the one engineering teams break on.
The Founder
I'm Paweł Rzepecki. I spent my career as an aerospace engineer — where I watched a personality clash between brilliant people derail a $10M program and cost us three senior engineers. Nobody saw it coming. The data was there all along. LU Teams is the system I wish my leadership had.
Insights
Honest field notes on engineering leadership — written where the conversation actually happens.
ON ATTRITION
The resignation letter is never the first signal. By the time it lands, the disengagement has usually been visible in standups and code review tone for months — if you knew what to look for.
ON HIRING
Most hiring panels screen for skill and culture fit, then wonder why two competent engineers can't sit in the same room. HEXACO's sixth factor explains the gap the Big Five leaves open.
ON DELIVERY
When a release slips and the blame starts flying, the team dynamics that were fine under normal load reveal themselves. Notes on staying legible to your team when the plan falls apart.
